Governor Ratcliffe's sweet-natured young manservant. Despite being the servant to Governor Ratcliffe, Wiggins isn't bad or evil, merely clueless and ditzy. But despite his foolishness, he does have moments of brilliance, as shown when he makes topiary animals out of the bushes, makes a head decoration out of an arrow he found, and correctly answers why the Indians attacked the settlers. He tends to the Governor's every need and takes care of his little pug, Percy.

After Governor Ratcliffe was arrested, Wiggins is trying to find a new employer.
